Rajendra Kumar Bachhawat
Mr. Rajendra Kumar Bachhawat heads JB Group. After earning a Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University, he started in the finance business and became a leader in Kolkata's finance and real estate sectors. His PR skills helped JB Group partner with South City Projects Ltd and Bengal NRI Complex Ltd to develop "Urbana," Kolkata's biggest real estate project. He is also involved in charities like Sri Sri Academy and the Kolkata Rotary Club, and is known for his calm and humble nature.
Surendra Kumar Bachhawat
Mr. Surendra Kumar Bachhawat, a B.Com graduate from Calcutta University, heads the taxation, legal, and accounts department of JB Group. His expertise in bonds and financial instruments helps the Group make smart decisions in debt instruments and mutual funds. He manages asset leasing and oversees real estate projects and land acquisition. His strong relationships with multinational clients give the Group an edge in leasing and renting.
Mahendra Kumar Bachhawat
Mr. Mahendra Kumar Bachhawat, a B.Com graduate from Calcutta University, manages Finance and Brokerage services for JB Group. He actively handles the Group's equity portfolio and leverages his strong relationships with corporate houses in Kolkata, Delhi, and Mumbai to drive growth in finance and financial services. He also co-leads the tea manufacturing and processing division with Mr. Deepak Bachhawat. His conservative approach provides stability to JB Group's dynamic operations.
Deepak Bachhawat
Mr Deepak Bachhawat is a B.com graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. He heads the operations of tea manufacturing and processing and handles all operations of The Eastern Tea Company Ltd. His frequent visits to tea gardens and dedication have brought fabulous results for the Group in the field of Agriculture. He is also responsible for power sector of the Group and has set up windmills in Southern India. He is a very patient and motivating leader. He leads his team in a very strategic way.
Alok Bachhawat
Mr. Alok Bachhawat is a MSc in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London. He looks after the real estates leasing and renting vertical of the JB Group. He is also responsible for Group's diversification into Business centers (MBC) and interior designing/ project management business. His aggressiveness, ambitious outlook and risk-taking capacity add a new dimension to the Group. He is very sharp and focused in all his endeavours.
Prakash Bachhawat
Mr. Prakash Bachhawat, MSc in International Marketing from King's College, University of London, leads JB Group's entire Real Estate Division. He represents the Group in consortium projects like South City, oversees real estate trading and land acquisitions, and heads marketing and branding across all verticals. Known for his exceptional interpersonal skills, he is admired by clients, vendors, and employees alike. A skilled speaker and goal-oriented leader, he excels in employee management and delegation.
Rajib Kumar Baid
Mr. Rajib Kumar Baid, an MBA graduate with AMFI certification, oversees Direct Taxation, Accounts, and Investments (Bonds, Inter Corporate Deposits) at JB Group since 1989. He also manages communications with KMC, KMDA, and other government agencies.
Kamal Singh Jain
Mr. Kamal Singh Jain is associated with JB Group since 2000. He is a BCom Graduate from Calcutta University. He is responsible for Company Law Board Compliances, Accounts of various companies of the Group, Management of Lease Rentals and the Group's Agriculture vertical.
Sunil Kumar Singh
Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, with JB Group since 2006, holds a BCom and LLB from Calcutta University, and is an associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He manages all legal aspects, including company law, service tax, ROC compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Nirmal Kumar Singhi
Mr. Nirmal Kumar Singhi has been associated with the Group since 1992. He is a BSc graduate from Calcutta University. He is responsible for the execution of the equity/debt market investment portfolio and also manages the personal portfolio of all the family members of the Group.
