Rajendra Kumar Bachhawat
Mr. Rajendra Kumar Bachhawat is the head of JB Group. After finishing his Bachelor in Commerce from Calcutta University, he entered the finance business. He is a veteran among businessmen of Kolkata and a pioneer leader in his own right in the Finance and Real Estate Industry. His excellent PR skills enabled the Group to reach new heights in the field of Finance and financial services in equity market. Under his dynamic management and stewardship, JB Group forged into excellent alliances like South City Projects Ltd and Bengal NRI Complex Ltd, which is developing "Urbana", the largest real estate project in Kolkata. Apart from business activities, Mr. Rajendra Kumar Bachhawat is actively associated with many welfare organizations such as Sri Sri Academy, Education For All, Churu Nagarik Parishad, and the Kolkata Rotary Club. He is admired by everyone from various industries for his calm and composed outlook and humble approach towards work and life.
Surendra Kumar Bachhawat
Mr. Surendra Kumar Bachhawat is a B.com graduate from Calcutta University and heads the taxation, legal and accounts department of JB group. His excellent knowledge in bonds and financial instruments enables the Group to make timely and appropriate decisions in Debt Instruments and Mutual Funds. He is also responsible for asset management and leasing of various properties and assets of JB Group. His excellent interpersonal skills and relationship with multinational clients and corporates gives the Group an edge in leasing and renting. He is also involved in construction of Group Real Estate projects and Land acquisition.
Mahendra Kumar Bachhawat
Mr. Mahendra Kumar Bachhawat is a B.com graduate from Calcutta University and is responsible for Finance and Brokerage services of the Group. He is also very active in Indian Equity Markets and handles Group's equity portfolio. His excellent relationship with Corporate Houses in Kolkata, Delhi and Mumbai enables the Group to grow in the field of Finance and Financial Services. He also drives the tea manufacturing & processing vertical along with Mr Deepak Bachhawat. His conservative approach brings a balance to the dynamics of the JB Group.
Deepak Bachhawat
Mr Deepak Bachhawat is a B.com graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. He heads the operations of tea manufacturing and processing and handles all operations of The Eastern Tea Company Ltd. His frequent visitsto tea gardens and dedication has bought fabulous results for the Group in the field of Agriculture. He is also responsible for power sector of the Group and has set up windmills in Southern India.He is a very patient and a motivating leader. He leads his team in a very strategic way.
Alok Bachhawat
Mr. Alok Bachhawat is a MSc in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London. He helps his father, Mr Surendra Kumar Bachhawat in the leasing and renting vertical of the JB Group. He is also responsible for Group's diversification into Business centers (MBC) and interior designing/ project management business. He also heads the two new verticals of the group, i.e. Manufacturing (NBC Weldmesh) and retail & e-commerce (Easy Medico). His aggressiveness, ambitious outlook and risk taking capacity adds a new dimension to the Group.He is very sharp and focused in all his endeavors.
Prakash Bachhawat
Mr. Prakash Bachhawat is a MSc in International Marketing from Kings College, University of London. He has taken the charge of the entire Real Estate Division of the Group. He represents the Group in all the consortium projects and companies such as South City. He is also responsible for real estate trading and land acquisitions. He heads the marketing and branding of all the verticals of the group. His great interpersonal skills make him a favorite among clients, vendors and employees. He is an Excellent speaker, focused and Goal oriented. He is excellent in Employee management and delegation of responsibilities to subordinates.
Rajib Kumar Baid
Mr Rajib Kumar Baid has been associated with JB Group since 1989. He is a MBA Graduate. He also has a degree from AMFI as well. He is responsible for Direct Taxation, Accounts and Management of Investments such as Bonds and Inter Corporate Deposits. He also handles communications with KMC, KMDA and other government nodal agencies.
Kamal Jain
Mr. Kamal Kumar Jain is associated with JB Group since 2000. He is a BCom Graduate from Calcutta University. He is responsible for Company Law Board Compliances, Accounts of various companies of the Group, Management of Lease Rentals and Group's Agriculture vertical.
Sunil Kumar Singh
Mr Sunil Kumar Singh is associated with JB Group since 2006. He is a BCom Graduate and holds a LLB degree from Calcutta University.He is also an associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is responsible for all the legal matters of the Group, company law matters, service tax matters, ROC related matters and also merger and acquisition of companies.
Nirmal Kumar Singhi
Mr. Nirmal Kumar Singhi has been associated with the Group since 1992. He is a BSc graduate from Calcutta University. He is responsible for execution of equity/debt market investment portfolio and also manages personal portfolio of all the family members of the Group.
